Our son goes here to see a pediatrician, and she is amazing with our son. She listens to our concerns, super knowledgeable, and super friendly. There are usually pretty short wait times, normally not more than 10 mins. The receptionist's at the front desk are all very friendly as well. So all together I've never been happier with a pediatrician. They are part of the hospital at the lake. Also it is right next door to Lake regional hospital and their pharmacy. Thank you staff for all of your hard work and spending your lives helping people.

Dr Russell and Michelle are amazing. My children have been seen in this facility by them for the last 15 yrs, since birth. He is always on top of my childrens care no matter how big or small the situation. I would recommend them to anyone. They're the best around the area. We love Dr Russell & Michelle.

Dr. Russell is absolutely amazing! He is great with my kids and not pushy about vaccines or anything else! Now most of his staff is great but for one nurse that is why I gave 4 stars. Nurse Michelle has crossed many unacceptable boundaries, she treated me terrible in 2020 about my personal decisions with my kids and vaccines at the time. Since then we haven’t dealt with her until mid 2024 she treated me different when I mentioned homeschooling our kids and then preceded to ask my 5 year old daughter if she thinks she’s a boy or girl!! This is where the problems start!! You have no right to ask those questions period! After I told my daughter not to answer these questions she then looked down her nose at me and then asked my 5 year old daughter again if she thought the nurse was a boy or gi

Dr. Russell is always thorough and super friendly. My son was seen quickly and the facility was clean. We appreciate Dr. Russell and his nurse team for providing quality care.

The Dr is great but the front desk staff is an absolute joke. I've been on hold for over 20m! They answered then put me back on hold. It's a wonder that anyone gets an appointment scheduled. Update: Dr is still great but the staff absolutely sucks.. plus, yall are still forcing the useless masks. **The staff is an absolute nightmare. No one answers the phones!! I just sat on hold for almost 8m. No one answered.. it was right before close so I guess 15m before is when they are done now. The nurses are rough & lack compassion. My daughter has been traumatized by the nurses. She freaks every time she sees someone in scrubs now. I've complained. Spoke with the office manager. The staff remains the same. *A year later and absolutely nothing has changed*
