Dr. Butala is a great doctor. She listens well and tries to work with you to come up with a solution. The office always answers when you call and gives you a call back if needed. It's rare that I have to wait more than a half an hour to see her when I have an appointment. She also does Women's Health so you can get your yearly during your normal Wellness checkup as well. I highly recommend her. And although she has a strong accent she speaks fluent English and is not hard to understand.

Dr. Butala is only as good as her office - and it is terrible. The receptionist is rude, confrontational, unprofessional and as much as accused me of lying. The staff/doctor do not follow up on tests results. Do not go here.

The receptionist is very argumentative and does not help with any scheduling health concerns and has put my health in jeopardy… they lied on a report saying I missed several appointments and refused to get lab work done which was not true and falsified characteristics of patient visits and character I have withdrew my support I offered from this practice from the end of conversation I had with on edge receptionist!!
