If I could give this place a -10 I would. This place needs to be investigated. How is it that a person goes in to make his weak legs stronger. Came in walking with a cane, with in weeks he's then in a wheelchair. 8 months of supposedly therapy with negative improvement, then out of nowhere, he's rushed to the hospital right into ICU. On critical life support, breathing tube, pneumonia, fever, infection in the lungs, blood clots and kidney problems. They waited to the last minute before taking him to the ER. They never notified the family. We were notified by the ICU Doctor at 10am. The doctor stated the he arrived in critical condition and may not make it. Then 16 hours later ICU called to inform me that after 40 minutes of CPR he passed away at 3:20 am. Saturday Tri-Boro rehab NEVER CALLE

I am here at Triboro since 2013.I am happy to have a place to stay, I have very good care givers.My doctors and nurses are very professional they care about my well being and compassionate for me and others.The big shout out to House Keepers for keeping facilitie cleaned and inside and outside. Administrative department do a Excellent 💯 job they take our concern very seriously. BTW I give Bible studies on TUESDAY AT 1pm in the 9the floor dining room--everyone is welcome!

Both times here visiting my mother in law on different floors and this place is dirty. Giant water bug aka cock roach in the bathroom in her room. Garbage on the floor both times we walked into her room. Furniture is old and covered in dirt and grime. Unpleasant odor as soon as you step out of the elevator. My mother in law is not getting her care on schedule and process between assessment and starting her therapy seems unnecessarily slow. Overall not a place I would recommend unless you have no other option.

This place is nothing like the pictures posted on site. My mom was just admitted 2 days ago for physical therapy and has cried and complained about how hard the bed is, calling nurses because she was soiled and waited hours and the room was not only left dirty over the weekend but the hallway leading to it smells horrible. These are pics of her room so I doubt any of those positive reviews are true. Requested to have her transferred immediately and awaiting response since administration is out weekends as are social workers I guess.

This place is horrible!! My father has been here almost two weeks and, still NO DOCTOR!!, has called me to discuss his treatment. I have a health care proxy and let the nurses know that, the medicines they are giving him he does not need them. Yet, i found out they still were giving him some of the meds i told them not to. My dad has kidney issue's and retains fluid, i brang this up to the nurses to have a Dr. check him and still, no DOCTOR has called me. My dad is walking around with what, looks like a beer belly and still NO ONE Has reached out to me. This place is also filthy, outdated and just negligent. Only 2 cna's are nice. Every one else, looks at you dumb founded and silent as if you are bothering them when you ask them a question. Don't bring your loved one here, unless you w
