TriHealth Priority Care - Liberty

I had a great experience here. Brought my son for croup early in the morning. We didn’t have a crazy wait time and the staff, doctor, and nurse were super friendly. And they were able to help my son. I’m very happy with the service and will use them again in the future. I do want to say my wait time was reasonable because it was early and not many people. When I left, the waiting room was full. It’s an urgent care and to some degree, you need to expect long wait times depending on when you’re going.

I stopped in on a Saturday morning. 4-5 people in the waiting area. Got checked in quickly and stood outside for a few minutes. Came in to check waitlist screen as I had been told I was 8th in line to see that est time for 5th person was 90 minutes. When I asked, I was told my wait might be 3 hours. THREE HOURS! Nothing urgent about that. I left and went to AFC and was in an exam room within 10 minutes

I was there on 11/07/25 for a physical routine and everything was very good. Love the stuff very friendly. And best doctor I ever had Josh William very honest and wonderful person. Very recommended

This place has awful doctors. Other Staff were sweet. But the Doctors have no idea what they’re doing. I’m not one to leave reviews but my experience here was so bad I feel almost obligated to. I came in with a bunch of flu and covid like symptoms. Took half an hour past my appointment time to even get seen. They tested me and told me I was negative for both flu and covid. Didn’t do anything else and told me I was probably just having bad allergies despite many of my symptoms obviously being unrelated to allergies. They told me I was good to go back to work and didn’t prescribe me anything. Two days later now my entire family is sick with Covid and bed ridden. I’ve been at work for multiple days now without a mask and i’m sure others will now be sick because of this. Of course it wasn’t al

Went in for a cold on Sunday morning. Was seen promptly and prescribed medication. Thank you staff!
