Troy Pediatrics, LLP

Had an appointment here about a month ago and the male Dr here is very inappropriate. Basically called me a bad mom for not breast feeding. Was very nervous when he was holding my son because he was very shaky.. I understand he’s a little bit older but why should you be working in an environment with children if you’re about to drop them. My son ended up with a bruise on his ankle from the Drs stethoscope. Very angry and will not be coming back to this place due to the lack of support and carelessness. Do not waste your time here.

My two kids go to Troy Pediatrics and I cannot say better things about this practice. The entire staff is amazing, from the receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctors. We usually see Amanda Livolsi who is the most amazing PA, she listens to all my concerns and is so supportive. She is so thorough with the way she exams her patients. Her nurse Tanisha is also great and so sweet, My oldest started daycare last year and got sick every other week, we practically lived there. We saw Sarah a lot too who’s also amazing and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice!!

At first, I loved this place they were able to fit us in a few times for a sick visit, gave us samples, and the staff was always kind. Fast forward to the issues. My infant had bloody drool and issues latching - they got me right in. I got there, and the NP saw him, and she made him bleed more and was unable to see under his tongue where there was a white patch, so she grabbed the doctor that was on. My son is now already crying and clearly upset. Dr. Asks if any bruising is present, which I replied no and had me undress my already crying son. He's undressed, no bruising, as I said, and then she tries to examine his tongue with a tongue depressor. Nothing was working, so she took her ungloved fingers and trys to grasp his tongue. I'm not even sure she realized what she did at first because

Dr Sarah frank is the best, both my kids go to her since they have been newborns, she answers all the questions and find solution. I honestly can’t thank her enough she is a hidden gem! I always recommend this office because of her.

Not a good doctors office at all I was waiting for insurance cards they turned my sick 6month old baby away.the lady that sits right by the door told me and I quote we need our money .
