Horrible experience, my son had been missing school a lot due to sinus infection, I had taken him to Dr. Truc Duong a few times , she insisted it’s just cold and conducted no treatment. I requested to be referred to ENT specialist and that got turned down. I eventually found a ENT specialist through my insurance company, and he was diagnosed of sinus infection and was treated with antibiotics. I left this practice immediately after this incident. If your kids are just having regular check ups, she is fine. But I’m very angry that she refused to refer us to specialists even after my requests. Horrible!!!

This was our first time seeing Dr. Duong, as our previous Pediatrician retired. She was lively and funny and spoke directly to my daughter, and not just me. Which I appreciate so much! I want my daughter to feel empowered and part of her Healthcare process. Dr. Duong did just that! She listened to our concerns and addressed each of them. She also reminded my daughter to step it up on the chores, especially during the summer. Love her!

She never rushes through appointments, making us feel heard and cared for. It’s clear that she truly loves what she does, and her calm, reassuring demeanor puts both parents and children at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and compassionate pediatrician.

Very pleased with Dr. Duong! She’s attentive and her office is quick to respond to my messages, she takes the time to listen to what I have to say without making me feel rushed, and takes my concerns seriously and helps resolve them appropriately. My young kids love her too, which it’s important!

My daughter (infant) just starting to see Dr. Duong few times, so far what I felt Dr. Duong was friendly and responsible person and acting professionally.
