Tryon Medical Partners - Pineville

The doctors here are fantastic and I’ve always felt confident in their care. Unfortunately, my interactions with the nurse, Donna, have not been positive. She has been noticeably rude to me more than once, and during my first visit she dismissed my symptoms and made me feel belittled. It’s disappointing because the rest of the staff provides great care. I really hope this is addressed so future visits can reflect the overall quality of the practice.

Really disappointed in this practice. For a company that says they care about patients it clearly doesn’t show. My primary doctor was AMAZING but she always had a revolving door of nurses. I could easily tell she had 0 support from her administration. In order for doctors to take care of their patients well they need nurses and admins who support them too. Sadly my doctor has left the practice... Good news is I’d follow her anywhere cause she was the only thing making this practice tolerable. Tryon should focus on retaining the amazing talent they do have and support their people so they can support their patients.

There are several reasons for the one star. It’s Thursday and the call center is closed. CLOSED! You can’t call for anything. Not just this location but all of them. Not by my choice but my doctor’s office merged with these people and according to my doctor‘s office who does not take calls or isn’t even in their location anymore. All of my records should’ve been transferred over to them by 1 January 2026. As of the 14th, they have not been transferred. If I call my doctor’s office phone number, they have a recoded message that talks about the transfer and tells us that we will continue to get the same Care as we’ve always gotten. Well, no one‘s answering the phone at Tryon now and I don’t have a login for the portal with the new partnership and even if I did, they don’t have my records. My

I booked a new patient appt with Dr. Busse, after him being recommended to me. I booked my appt over 2 months out, to ensure that I would be able to complete my visit during 2025, taking into consideration insurance benefits. I received a call today saying my appointment had been cancelled, due to Dr. Busse 'changing his schedule'. I understand that circumstances change, and I was willing to select another date/time. However, I was told that there was nothing available for the remainder of the year and Dr. Busse was 'no longer taking new patients'. Even though I had already scheduled a new patient appt! Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I will never use Tryon Medical Partners in the future. They clearly do not care about anyone's time or schedules, except their own!

Dr Busse and Dr Colon are both awesome. Dr Busse is so common sense, listens and treats me like an intelligent adult.
