I have been to MGH and they were very good. New England Baptist Hospital was bad as they herd you in like cattle and not caring. Tufts Medical Center Orthopedics is THE BEST in Boston. Especially , Doctor Sun with outstanding care and services! Thank you!
I really recommend coming here if the pain, limited mobility and severe discomfort oh! Not to add being incapable of walking due to pain swelling amongst other things is what you want! I on the other hand came to see dr. Andrew Salazar (his last name maybe spelled incorrectly) as I’ve been to TWO Different doctors and the last one was worried about my results for my injury. I came here looking for answers left with nothing but pain and the feeling of not being cared for. He couldn’t even find anything that was wrong, although I’ve had my previous doctors say otherwise but alas I should stay in 12/10 pain most days and have chronic instability and swelling and just go to physical therapy. This has to be a joke, let’s keep it real is it because I’m a woman of color? Andrew it’s okay, you coul
Tufts orthopedics rocks! These docs are truly at the top of their field and work very hard to care for patients. Super professional and see patients quickly. Have been seen by quite a few of these doctors by now and they have truly improved my quality of life. Overall, a 5/5 experience. I am glad I received care at Tufts ortho
Really bad first impression. I just called to to see if they can help me because my wife is hurting really bad with muscle pain. I told the operator what is going on and she said I am not a doctor or nurse . So I said this is my first time calling and don’t know who to ask , she said she does not know either. I asked to talk to Orthopedic. She said let me transfer and hang up the phone . Interesting
After visiting Tufts Medical Emergency room over the weekend, ER referred us to make an an urgent appointment as my wife broke her foot and needed immediate attention. Impossible to get an appointment. They don't even answer their phone! After several calls and waiting on hold for about 45 minutes, they finally answered the phone and then hung up.
