Dr. Fisher and his staff completely changed my ability to use my right hand by performing a joint replacement for me. The recovery was exactly as stated and the hand therapy staff was amazing. I cannot recommend this group enough.

They did not help me. They did no x-rays and did no test on me to see if I really needed surgery. These people is money hungry. They don’t care about black patients. They didn’t even wanna call the ambulance for me because I told them I can’t ride in the car because it’s uncomfortable. They are a bunch of rude nurses that don’t wanna help anybody of color. I won’t be back there. They are horrible I’m already going through a lot trying to recover and nobody wanted to believe my pain is at 10.

Back in November of 2023 I had a diseconomy on my L4-L5 disc that was a failure. The service after was horrible. Not only did the Surgeon ignore the failed surgery and my symptoms, he told me just to stay active and it all would go away. Now after a year and a half later it’s safe to say there is permanent nerve damage I feel numbness in my calf muscle and inflammation in my forefoot. If you’re considering any treatment for back pain stay clear of this place. It’s a business and it’s ran like one. You are not a patient there, just simply a means to make money. I had extremely painful shoulder pain caused by an acute injury at work. ryan hess refused to give me an MRI referral and told me to do physical therapy instead stating "you're probably using your shoulder wrong". I'm billed almost 600 dollars for a 5 minute consult with him and I'm completely furious and wish I'd never gone here. I still need an MRI 6 months later as the pain has not improved. They don't take your condition seriously do not go here.

Had an appt. with Dr. Arthur on 10/22/25, was Not helpful at all. I have tennis elbow in my right arm, had 2 previous visits, 1st one approx. 3 months ago, I advised that I was in alot of pain and couldn't use my right hand/arm barely at all, he advised phys. therapy, which I started doing, approx 2 weeks later I went back asking for the shot so I could at least use my arm & do the phys. therapy pain free, he had the shot administered, was going along very well until last week. Went in for the third visit, he advised next step would be surgery, but he wouldn't do it because I am a smoker. While I respect his position on this, he knew I was a smoker since my first visit, I'm sure he would be aware there would be a likely possibility I would eventually need surgery, why did he not advise
