U City Forest Manor

I've heard nothing but horrible things from this place. My brother to his mom there and they treated her terrible. Please remove your family from here until they get better staff.

I highly recommend UFM, My Brother was recently placed there, and the staff did an awesome job with his care and Rehab.

My uncle had rehab here and they did a great job with him. My uncle is still doing well and great after discharge.

This nursing home has a horrible smell! The workers all have attitudes! There is never anyone at the front desk! The residents have asked children for cigarettes! There’s this one particular resident that made myself and children so uncomfortable we left immediately! It’s stains on the wall and they have roaches!!!! I have witnessed that some residents don’t get changed for several hours. The workers all seem to be under the influence! I could go on!!!!

The administrator there talks down to the residents and he also flirts with the staff. If you stick up for yourself or other residents there will be retaliation from administration. Discrimination is widespread. DO NOT stay there if you respect yourself or your family member. If you do stay and you call State ( which you have a legal right to do so) you will be punished and or discharged. I will say the food is good, but cold if you decide to eat in your room. There is a lot of medication errors and they were constantly running out. I give this place 2 thumbs down. If I could give more, would !!!
