Please do not use this provider. They took months to see me for an issue that needed immediate care. Despite calling several times as my condition grew worse they were not willing to move my appointment time forward. When they did see me my condition had become more difficult to fix as a result of the delay. Based on how the office was able to schedule a follow up within a few days an earlier appointment would have been easy. The care once I was there was also terrible. They lost my file but refused to acknowledge the fact. And when the doctor did see me he flat out lied to my face about what was wrong. This provider will not help you, they will make your condition worse as a result of their negligent care.

I've never left a bad review before and I don't like that this is my first. Leaving this anonymously on the off chance that they actually answer their damn phone and let me make an appointment to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I doubt it at this point it's been two full months of me and a family member calling trying to get me an appointment with no response. One of my wisdom teeth is now pressing on a nerve thats leading to shooting pain to my shoulder thats preventing me from sleeping on my side. I have to take multiple acetaminaphen just to get to sleep. I can understand waiting two months for an appointment, but waiting two months to even get a call back to make an appointment is just ridiculous. I'm nearly positive they just delete their inbox of messages if you call on a weekend tho

It's not a fun thing to get teeth out I was there yesterday and the Dr and his team couldn't been more kind the Dr explained everything they were going to do they didn't rush I was petrified the one young lady seen how nervous I was and she put her hand on mine that was so kind I would give the Dr and team more than 5 stars Thank you UB oral & Maxillofacial surgery :)

I am disappointed with the front desk staff. They are consistently unhelpful and never return calls even when they say they will. Every time I call, I feel like I am being brushed off with an excuse instead of real assistance. It comes across as lazy and uninterested in helping their patients.

DO NOT get JAW SURGERY with Dr Markiewicz. I had double jaw surgery a year ago that ruined my life! I was lied to about my treatment plan, my jaw is crooked now, my teeth no longer touch, I have breathing issues, developed sleep apnea since he closed my airway, sagging mid face which makes me look 50 and I’m 25, speech problems, and my entire face from my nose to my chin is numb. I have had multiple surgeons confirm he botched me but most surgeons won’t do revisions so at this point my life is ruined at 25. I got this surgery only having a bad bite, no real medical problems. I hope I can save someone with this post!
