I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who cares about the health and safety of their children. The doctors here are completely irresponsible: they never send prescriptions for essential medications on time, which has repeatedly put us in emergency situations and forced us to go to the ER. I would also like to point out the extremely unprofessional behavior of Dr. Alexander. His lack of action and disregard for our requests left my child without insulin — this is unacceptable and dangerous to a child’s life. I intend to take legal action due to the clinic’s negligent medical care and the threat it has posed to my child’s health. The wait time was extremely long, and my child was getting sleepy. Even the EMTs who brought us there seemed annoyed. When we finally got in, there weren't any available rooms, so we had to wait in the hallway for about 10 minutes. But once we got a room, we met all the doctors, and everything went smoothly. The doctors were very helpful and explained everything clearly. They quickly tended to my child, making sure to ask if we had any other questions or concerns.

Very rude and disrespectful staff. REFUSED service to my three month old because they didn’t take his insurance plan, yet I offered to pay out of pocket. They left me waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half with my two week old. When I was already driving an hour to be seen. They had zero apologies for that major inconvenience and even refused service when we got there fifteen minutes late.. yet it’s okay for them to be 1.5 late. Hmmm. A a single mom of two little ones it’s important to me that I am treated with respect and fairly. My children deserve better than the service they provide here. Full of wonderful and caring folks. They’ve always done right by my son through these years and I feel like they really care deeply about his wellbeing. I’ve always felt he was in great hands 100%

Appointment was supposedly forgotten by the doctors. My son almost fracking died. We ended up going to Sutter hospital and they took him in right away. He's alive now, thanks to Sutter. The only good thing about UC Davis is the e-waste.
