If you have an opportunity to work with Resident N Ghane, MD. I would recommend her wholeheartedly. Even though she is a student, she went above and beyond to make sure I received proper care. Things started going downhill when I was suggested to do an EEG at West Chester. The techs doing the lead placement said, " I don't care," when a fellow tech asked them if they were placing the leads correctly. The Dr ( whose name I can't remember), before even starting the test, told me the symptoms were "psychosomatic". I ended up having a neurological episode during the EEG. When she " reviewed" the data. She just used to confirm her bias; she already had. If the leads aren't being placed correctly and you are already making assumptions about what the condition could be, how can I trust her to in
The facility is modern and the therapists are thorough and helpful. This is a teaching facility when it comes to the neurology doctors so I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to feel heard, seen and cared for. On my 2nd visit while still not having a definitive diagnosis and no other symptoms than slurred speech, the doctor pushed me getting a feeding tube. When I declined she asked the social worker to send me a feeding tube video. I've never felt so ignored and hopeless. She is reckless and dangerous. She had the audacity to ask me to keep in touch when I get my diagnosis.
Dr Steven Zhang is by far one of the smartest, most professional young surgeons I've ever had the pleasure of having as a surgeon. He did a TLIF surgery on me 6 days ago. He is the only spine surgeon that actually took my story seriously and made a vow to give me my life back. He did say that it is going to be a very long hard recovery, but I'm willing to put in the work if that means I get my quality of life back. Dr Zhang, you are the definition of an angel here on this earth. You are one of the brightest young surgeons and you have such a long promising career ahead of you. Thank you for everything and thank you for being in my corner and actually listening to me is your patient. And thank you for coming to see me in the emergency room. That experience was so traumatic and you made it b
Do not go here if you value your life. The doctor I seen is too busy to even look at the patients chart. When given treatment plans, not only did the doctor cut me off when I was asking questions and told me it’s not the place for that as he looked at his watch but then gave me medical advice that would kill me. The doctor treatment solution was go back to the place that refer me to him and take medication that’s clearly in my file that I’m allergic to. I was sent here because my case needed better equipment than the hospital I was getting treated at had.
Brought my friend Eli here for physical therapy! The staff was quick and efficient!! There is a Starbucks in the lobby. The staff was kind. There were also some Rookwood pottery there which was cool to see! Thank you!
