It's easy to feel hopeless with everything going on these days, it feels like we are collectively growing colder towards one another as we slowly burn out, prices are going up everywhere and we are all just....surviving. Most urgent care visits come with some amount of anxiety whether it be from the prognosis, the bill, or the experience as a whole. The ladies working at this location are a light in the darkness, they have always been kind and helpful, but most importantly understanding. They treat us like human beings, they make me laugh and forget for just a minute about why I'm there. I just want to say thank you, thank you for doing more than just your job, thank you for giving us your time, and for giving me hope again. Erika Wicks was wonderful and I'm so glad that she was the provider who saw my daughter. My daughter had been coughing for 3 weeks straight and I took her to the urgent care because she was complaining about shortness of breath, and Erika ordered XRay that showed my daughter had pneumonia. If it were any other provider, they probably would've just prescribed meds for the cough but Erika went above and beyond my expectations. I know pneumonia is a serious condition that can be fatal if not caught in time and treated properly, but I thank God that Erika's decision to do an XRay that caught my daughter's pneumonia. Disappointed. I have been here a few other times and felt I recieved decent treatment, which is why I came back. I went in with back pain that was from sciatica. It was obvious I was in excruciating pain as front desk staff asked if I wanted a wheel chair. I was brought back, the NP did a quick examination, said yup sciatica, and sent me home with muscle relaxers that did absolutely nothing. I asked if there was anything else that can be done and she said no, and she couldn't prescribe pain pills - she kind of made me feel like a junkie or something. The next day I was in so much pain I had to do a video call with my primary that prescribe stuff that was actually needed like steriods and X rays. Ended up at the ER and admitted for 3 days.... 😕

I went to this urgent care today morning, I was there at 7:58 am Notice there was a Senior waiting for them to open, both went in , the receptionist were on the top of everyone, took care of few of us in no time, super friendly and fast! Nurses and Dr Erika, amazing staff! God bless you guys! I appreciate you for being there for us all!🙏

Waste of time and money. They charge a copay make you wait an hour before being called and onced called the doctor says they don't have the tools or even seem like she wanted to treat my son. The doctor had no idea what she was doing or talking about and just referred us to another clinic. Never again will I come to this Urgent Care Clinic just useless workers.
