UCSF Pediatric Neurology Clinic

The staff and Dr. Bernardo were so nice to my daughter. It's a long drive for us, and it was hard on my daughter but the second we walked in the door, everyone was so nice to her, greeting her as they walked by. Smiling with their eyes which is so important in this masked environment for her. Literally everyone was so nice. The nurse that took her vitals gave her a stuffed pig and I'm sure she will cherish it, she lit up. The doctor answered so many questions that previous doctors were not open to discussing. We talked for over an hour and he never rushed me once. He took the time to talk to my daughter who has only been able to see doctors virtually even through diagnosis it was great to see a doctor in person. I would do the drive anytime to get that kind of care.

I drive 4 hours twice a week to take my son to UCSF neurology and Audiology and this has to be the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's appt was with dr. grijalvo in neurology, I drove 4 hours to get here today for a 12:45 appointment which I have confirmation on text message saying 12:45 p.m. and when I get here they told me that it was wrong and I was wrong and their computer is right at 12:30 and refused to see me although it had only been 15 minutes and my appointment according to them would have went until 1pm, so if you make appointments with this doctor don't expect any leniency and I have other issues with her as well like putting my child on medication he never needed, so now driving all the way back without seeing the doctor I just think that's so irresponsible not to men

We saw Neurosurgeon, Dr. Gupta, and he was wonderful! He took the time to answer all og my questions, reviewed imaging with me, was very informative, and I felt extreme confidence in his abilities as a top notchn surgeon, as well as having an incredible bed side manner. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
