This place is beautiful but I feel far from welcomed. The valet gentleman were very nice! Mostly everyone else I'm not too sure about. I was checked in and waiting for a while to find out their system didn't show me checked in. The day just started and the staff seemed annoyed. Just their persona not necessarily by anyone in particular. I always ask questions just to make sure I understand everything. That seemed annoying to them. I was told to go to the laboratory and if I decide to go to quest the laboratory can make the adjustments and that was a lie. I was informed by the laboratory the dr has to make the change and provide a new script. I am glad to say I stayed and Trudy assisted me and it was a fast and sweet process. She was very warm and welcoming. Before meeting her this was a 1

AMAZING! I highly recommend this facility and its staff. A special thank you to my surgeon, Dr. Arturo J. Rios-Diaz, and his team! I felt truly blessed to have my procedures done by the best of the best. From the initial consultation to all my follow-ups, he was exceptional—clear in communication, incredibly supportive, and thorough in his care. Everyone under his leadership was fantastic as well. The entire facility, from the parking staff to the front desk and the medical team, provided outstanding hospitality. I am so grateful for this wonderful experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HEALTH SOLÉ MIA LOCATION THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!

My son had ankle surgery today performed by Dr. Solangel Rodriguez. I have no words to describe what an excellent professional she is. I'm so pleased with her attention and care, as well as that of all the other professionals who cared for my son. The hospital has a wonderful team, from the valet parking to the professionals in the operating room, Ana Jamed in recovery roon is and excellent nurse, the anesthesiologist and also the personal in the clinics.Also the place is beautiful.The decor and city views are beautiful too. I'm grateful to be in this great country and have these privileges like this excellent institution. Thank you all.

I honestly don’t understand how this place is run. I had a morning appointment and still waited an hour and a half for absolutely no clear reason. What’s the point of scheduling if patients are just going to sit there endlessly? The front desk staff at Sole Mia U Health Center were completely unhelpful. No updates, no explanation, no sense of urgency — just rude attitudes and acting like patients are an inconvenience. Basic courtesy and communication should not be this hard. The whole experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. When you go to a health center, especially with an appointment, you expect efficiency and at least a minimal level of respect. From the moment you arrive , the staff is approachable, polite, helpful, professional, and nice. The nurses and doctors are excellent. The building is beautiful, they offer free coffee and tea. My daughter and I feel relax and appreciative, every time we go.
