UK HealthCare Acute Care fountain court

I arrived at 4:15pm and was asked if I had an appointment. I did not have a scheduled appointment and was subsequently told there were no appointments available for the rest of the day and that no other UC in Lexington had availability and was turned away. I guess I'll go to an ER?? What a waste of time and money for everyone.

Can't even contact anyone because UK Healthcare has decided to sell out to Microsoft, so no everything has to be done with their app that never works, or trying to log in to MyChart, which resets people's passwords at random. Go to Baptist instead. They actually care about patients.

Don’t waste your time going here. Their PA Jeremiah had his mind made up that there was nothing wrong with me before he even entered the room. He needs to learn to listen to his patients more. I am a RN of 32 years and I think I know my body better than he does. If I had been a man he would have probably treated me much differently but being an older female I couldn’t possibly be as sick as I said. I ended up having to seek medical care elsewhere.

I needed to visit UK acute care twice. Excellent, speedy service for each visit. I will always use UK acute care Turfland

I’m a healthcare provider myself so I needed to be seen quickly to get back to work. They were able to see me and treat me quickly. Nurse Vernie and Practitioner Mindy (Melissa) were both fabulous. I even asked if Mindy was a general practitioner, I wanted to see her as my PCP! Very kind, patient and communicative. Thank you all for helping me! P.s. the facility is very pretty and clean
