I was hung up on by the pharmacy, they didn’t like that I asked to speak to a pharmacist so the young lady hung up on me! I asked if they carried a medication, she told me she could tell me once the script was sent to them. I asked if she could check to see if their distributer even carried it, she stated “I can’t tell you without a script!” I asked to speak to the pharmacist and she hung up on me! I have talked to 6 pharmacies today looking for my medication, everyone of them asked for the NDC and told me they don’t carry it, yet UK Clinic won’t even tell me if they carry it, until I send them the script. FYI calling the doctor to get a script sent over to a new pharmacy is time consuming…days! Given it’s a controlled medication it can’t just be easily sent over and if they did get it
UPDATE: THE MANAGER AND THE PRESIDENT CONFIRMED THAT THEY CONDONE THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. IM DISGUSTED WITH UK CLINIC PHARMACY. YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR! I AM HURT AND EMOTIONALLY DRAINED BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE SERVICE THAT YALL HAVE GIVEN ME! THE NASTIEST DISRESPECTFUL WOMAN JUST ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS TALKING OVER ME. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR HANGING UP IN MY FACE! VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT OF YOU! I HOPE YOU GET EVERYTHING YOU DESERVE FOR TREATING ME IN THAT DISGUSTING MANNER!

By far the best pharmacy I have ever worked with!!! Their number 1 concern is always your health and wellbeing. Not their profits like every other pharmacy I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with.
