Convenient and easy. Has never been a line when I’ve gone to pick up. Getting there is confusing if you use google maps, I ended up wandering around behind the building by the ambulances… Pro tip: don’t use google maps to get here. Use the entrance on Lombard and green, you’ll see the giant mosaic heart. Go up the stairs and hang slight left. Someone will point you in the direction.

They call or text and let you know when my medication is ready. Everyone there is very friendly and very helpful with any questions I have.

I am an employee and I have never had success getting my prescriptions sent to the employee express pickup box. I have asked on 5 different occasions and each time staff tells me I have been enrolled in the program however my medications have not been sent to the prescription pickup box even once successfully. Once a front counter employee even told me “keep your expectations low because your meds will likely never make it to the employee pickup box, they never do it right.” Each time I have to wait in line which takes around 15-30 minutes and is incredibly frustrating as the normal pickup counter is never staffed adequately to serve the amount of people waiting to pick up meds.

Best Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with, hands down. I do everything over the phone. Everyone I talk to is courteous, friendly, and helpful. My medication arrives on time and they call me when it is time for a renewal.
