I can’t say enough good things about my experience at University Dental with Dr. Maurice Haynes. As someone who has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, even making the appointment was nerve-wracking. Dr. Haynes is incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, which really helped calm my nerves. His reassuring demeanor and professionalism made me feel like I was in great hands—and I truly was. The staff is just as wonderful: welcoming, pleasant, and professional. The office itself is clean and well-organized. I’ve now been to the office twice this year, and I can honestly say that my dental anxiety has significantly decreased. Amazing dental office located right off the exit for Greenbelt off the highway. Friendly staff and amazing work done, they've been doing this for awhile and you can tell. The doctors are attentive, the staff are respectful, and easy to understand the process. Thank you for all you do!!

Not a big fan of going to the dentist, ever since a little kid but Dr. Haynes and his assistants are always nice and welcoming. Went to another place down the street for a dental emergency, and they didn’t do nothing, I was in pain and couldn’t really crew my food. Originally, Dr. Haynes doesn’t provide emergency care but when I scheduled my appointment with him to have it check out, he patched up the issue to reduce the pain and pointed me towards the right direction. I would definitely recommend. Best dentist I know!

Please do not visit this office, (they like to take your money without a legitimate reason) this is the WORST dentist office you could ever go to, the staff is rude and no one holds them accountable (since I’ve been a patient they have never had a manager and I wonder why that is?!) they take you to the point where you loose your cool and than call back to let you know how it was your fault for loosing it with their unprofessional staff. The owners (dentist) response to the patients is that, she can’t let her patients treat her employees any kind of way because they can report her and she can loose her practice, which is totally understandable but it does not excuse your employees to treat patients any kind of way and provide mediocre services. I have been going to University Centre Dental seeing both Dr. Maurice Haynes and Dr. Elizabeth Haynes for the past year. This is my first time writing any type of review ever, but I just had to share my amazing experience with Centre Dental. Prior to finding them, I struggled with finding a consistent reliable knowledgeable place to serve all of my dental needs. From the first phone call, to the first consultation, to the first cleaning, and orthodontic procedures… I have been treated like family. It is impossible to be a patient here and not become close with the staff. Everyone is warm, loving, supportive, and friendly.
