Whatever you do avoid this place. All the staff is so incompetent. First time they scheduled me without even accepting my insurance and didnt tell me until I was there already waiting for 20 minutes. I changed insurance and decided to give them a second chance (silly me). My appointment was a 12pm and it was 2:30pm and they never saw me. Every time I asked someone they wouldn’t give an answer. They were seeing people that came after me. A complete waist of time. If ai could give them 0 stars I would.
The wait time to get called in is disgusting. No reason to be sitting in this poorly built, disgusting no heated waiting room for hours on end. There’s only 2 dentists but they’ll book 25 patients for the day. Will be calling the better business bureau on this place. DO NOT COME HERE‼️‼️‼️
Very unprofessional. waited for 2 and a half hours. They called me in and I waited again for an additional 30-45 minutes. They don’t communicate to you what they are doing in your mouth.
Horrible location I was seen JUNE 25th for an emergency with a CRACKED tooth and they didn’t send my insurance the approval for the procedure I was looking to get done until JULY 25th!!!! A WHOLE MONTH AFTER THEY SAW ME THEY SUBMITTED PAPER WORK TO MY INSURANCE!!!! and of course my tooth ended up breaking because if I went in June 25 with an emergency why did they submit documents to my insurance a whole month later!!!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE SO NOT GO THERE!!!!! THERE WAS ALSO WATER BUGS WHILE I WAS IN THERE!!!
It’s Awful, I waited 2 hours just to get brought to the room and still waited.. if there’s only one doctor they should schedule appointments 3 hours apart. Also they need to work on hygiene the floor is dirty and there’s a dead roach in the waiting area. The doctor does a good job other than that!!!
