University Hospitals Urgent Care Cleveland Heights - The Ascent

Personally, I will not go back. First I think the urgent care should have something very visible letting people know that they are not University Hospitals. Clearing stating that they are a separate entity. There was nothing to indicate that when I scheduled the appointment. My personal belief, patients will be confused, and some will have to pay possibly more out of pocket costs. Otherwise, I would have gone to an actual University Hospital location. So University Hospital you own a portion of the blame as well. The doctor, I don't feel he was thorough enough with my issues. So I will just move forward and do what is necessary for myself. When the young lady placed the blood pressure cuff on to read my pressure, the unit actually caused harm to my arm and my hand. It was malfunctionin

Amazing experience….from the moment I walked thru the door…..everyone couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating……Mia and Yosef…..you excel at your profession! I don’t know when the last time was, when I felt so SEEN and HEARD! You both spent so much time with me…..and explained everything so concisely! Your facility was spotless, the front desk person was so personable and friendly……I just can’t say enough! If I could give you 20 STARS, I would! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Very nice clean state of the art facility! They even have x-raying capabilities on site! Dr. Yousuf was great! My son had a swollen abscess that he needed to get treated before he can get dental care. I literally booked the last appointment for the end of the night at 7:20 and Dr. Youssuf got us out of there before 8 o’clock On a school night I was home by 8:30 after driving up the road to get our prescriptions needed. So grateful I will definitely be back for all of my urgent care needs!

The staff are so awesome! They really treated me well here. Highly recommend this Urgent Care Center!

All 3 staff I interacted with were warm and professional and I felt welcomed and respected throughout. Yosef Robbins took great care of me. The facility was spotless and the location and hours are very convenient with free parking out back.
