I had an incredible experience at Up Your Body yesterday. I booked the Brazilian Lymphatic Sculpting Massage because I’ve been focusing heavily on my lymphatics and gut health, and it did not disappoint. I’m writing this the day after treatment and I’m honestly blown away by how I feel. I woke up with almost zero bloating or inflammation. My energy was high enough for a strong workout first thing in the morning. Digestion has been smooth all day, and my mental clarity feels sharper than usual. The studio itself is tucked away in a cozy spot in Del Mar. It’s super clean, calm, and the staff is genuinely kind. Overall, such a good experience. I’m already planning to make this a regular part of my routine.

I have never had A lymphatic drainage massage. Barbara was very informative, very easy to talk to, and definitely made my first experience, a relaxing one. Her massage was very gentle and smooth, and the spot itself was calm and soothing. I look forward to seeing her again!
