Everyone on staff is friendly and just super nice. They run a fanasticly efficient office. They're kind of strict on their missed appointment policies but they're ultimately completely fair. Their stringent approach is mutually beneficia- it keeps patients from wasting their time, and vise versa. They're able to treat more patients because of it this approach. Kohen is hilariously deadpan, so his cameos are always pretty entertaining. As a mom of 3, between them and my partner I often feel life a personal assistant to 3(4 tbh) tyrannical bosses. At am unpaid internship too! All scheduling and most of the ferrying of the whole group falls on me. iI somehow squeeze in around 30 hours per week that I can get away at my slightly less stressful JOB job, so I have to plan my days on a schedule

My fiancé had lots of work done here, the one time I went with him I got a very uneasy feeling. They don’t like anyone but the patient to go into the room and while working on you the dr will stop and go into a room with another patient and work on them. The doctor seemed very rushed. Very strange all around. Why schedule multiple patients at once that needed work done(not just a cleaning)? Recently we have switched dentists and our new one has said the previous dentist cause way more damage than they fixed. Like tens of thousands of dollars it’s going to cost to fix everything.

I'm afraid to go back! Through out my life all my dental experience have been great until I went to this office. My first visit I got sick the next day. My second visit THE DENTIST WAS IN A RUSH, I was sent back to lobby after injections,why I Don't know? I informed the dentist I had a stiff neck he ignored me and was cranking me all over the place. I told him some of my concerns, he ignored me once again mockingly. One of his staff/helpers also showed lack of confidence in the dentist. ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE SPOT ON!

This is a wonderful place. From start to finish everything is exceptional. The front office women is wonderful. I felt comfortable immediately. I was concerned I would be looked down upon because of the AMAZING fact that he takes MEDICARE and that's all I have. Instead, he immediately lessened my anxiety with his professionalism. Efficient and friendly. 5 stars, easily.

I have always hated going to the dentist. Last time I was at the dentist was 9th grade. I'm 24 now and the pain just got to its point and I gave in. I had Dr. Cohen for my dentist to remove a molar of mine that a tongue ring shattered. I was very nervouse to go and deal with it. But I was very very pleased. He was a very nice Dr and his personality made me feel comfortable. To top it off his assistant Mariella ( I hope is correct) was very nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns perfectly. I was even late and they still rushed me in to help me with my pain. The assistant worked me right into a spot. Thanks very much Dr. Cohen and your staff. I look forward to seeing you again soon.
