Urgent Care | Kaiser Permanente Murrieta Medical Offices

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this Kaiser at Murrieta facility. I went urgent care due to i wasnt able to handle my pain . I waited 4 hours to thinking I will be in good hand. Dr recommend for blood test and cat scan and should have been a simple blood test, yet the staff attempted multiple times and could not find my vein. Each attempt caused more pain, they said they dont have experienced technician or nurse. The doctor also seemed inexperienced and showed very little empathy for the pain and distress I was in. Instead of addressing the situation properly, I was left feeling ignored and helpless.They let me go not even one blood test. Came into urgent care around 2:30pm. I am from out of state and they helped me so quickly with setting up a California account. I was seen at 3:30pm and then got my medicine. Out the door at 4:00pm. Did not take long at all. Everyone was so nice and they try to get you in really fast. Helps a lot!

Went to Kaiser Permanente on Keller Rd in Murrieta this morning! The whole staff was very professional and helpful. I was treated for high blood pressure. I obtained a prescription for high blood pressure at the pharmacy. After taking the prescription medication my blood pressure dropped and was back to normal. Thanks Kaiser! 🙏

They are quick to call you in and help out with anything! I really enjoy coming to this urgent care in my area.

My son and I visited Kaiser Urgent Care on Keller Road in Murrieta today, and we had a great experience. The staff was fast, professional, and very caring.
