Urgent Care of Longmeadow

I had an EXCELLENT experience. Due to the floating holiday I could not see my primary care provider. I called and was seen within an hour of my call. The office was friendly, clean and accommodating. The staff was kind and had compassion. The provider I saw was efficient and effective. As I left my pharmacy had already texted me that my prescription was already being processed. Wow! Thank you so much.

Great experience overall. The front desk, medical & physician assistant were polite, professional, & took the time to answer my questions clearly. Waiting time was very reasonable with no long delays. I felt respected and well taken care of. Thank you for the efficient and courteous service. The place is organized & neat. Keep up the good work🥳

Nicole, at the front desk was super helpful when I called in yesterday evening. I've just been switched to Medicare and don't yet have my card. She did all the foot work to get me in the system. And, reviewed with me the procedure for being seen, etc. Extremely helpful!! And, very, very kind and understanding! PA was great and very efficient. As was the MA and nurse that followed up with me. All around a very pleasant and helpful visit. Definitely will share my experience with my friends.

The BEST experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care by far! I made an appointment online for a time slot within the hour, then I registered on my phone before I got there so I was seen immediately. I came in with a wound that needed to be treated and I was taken great care of. I was numbed, glued, wrapped up and sent home with at home care instructions all within an hour! The staff was so friendly and made a really horrible experience much less scary. The office was clean and the front office well organized. Highly recommend and thank you for your help!

The facility was clean and pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. My professionals, Becky and Lenny were great, professional and caring. This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. I highly recommend it.
