The wait time was not bad, but I would have rather waited longer for better service. I came to this location for a throat issue, and neither the doctor nor assistant were knowledgeable enough to treat me. They prescribed me medication that was completely unrelated to my complaint. Then, they sent samples to the lab and I never received a call back with a result (it’s been weeks now). The next day I went to a DIFFERENT urgent care and they prescribed me the CORRECT medication and solved my issue which goes to show that the medical staff at this location had no understanding of what was going on with me. In the end, all I needed to fix the issue was Amoxicillin.

The staff was great! I got really lucky and they weren't busy so I got seen right away. The medical assistant was so lovely and caring. She asked all the right questions. When I saw the provider he was respectful and very caring. He totally understood what I needed. Best urgent care experience!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The wait time was short maybe 10 minutes. Dr. Donald Roland was great. He was friendly, listen to me and explained how the medicine he was giving would work. It was one of the best experiences I had with a Dr.& staff. I wil definitely go back if I need to.

Not from around this area. Was visiting a friend and needed emergent care. Girls at front desk were awful. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and made it seem like I was an inconvenience coming in. Doctor was very nice, just wish the front desk wasn’t so rude.

Customer service here is HORRIBLE!! I came here to get an X-ray for my son, he just saw the pediatrician prior and sent us to get one after she checked him out. We waited, were sent to a room, the provider came in and said he did not feel comfortable doing a pediatric X-ray so we left and had to get it elsewhere. However, I still received a bill for the visit and have been fighting with them since. Billing referred me to the manager, who will not respond back to phone calls or emails, the front desk is no help and rude. Don’t waste your time going here. I am a RN, and this is not ok!
