Great experience! Jeff was knowledgable and honest about treatment options. Could have sold my husband an x-ray but advised against it. Sent my father-in-law there with pneumonia, and they did great follow-up care. Our new go-to for urgent care! So much better than the corporate places.

Went there for a respiratory flare up. Place is clean; staff is great; service was great. Shout out to PA Anna and Nurse Schanice; couldn’t have been nicer to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We are from out of state on vacation, my daughter cut her hand late on a Sunday. We were seen within minutes. They had no problem taking an emailed photo of my daughter’s insurance. They accept most insurance which is great. The 2 receptionists got us checked in quickly and were very detailed being sure they got all our information correct. Julie was our PA. We had a male nurse who was very gentle with her taking a lot of time to be sure she was comfortable. Julie was INCREDIBLY patient and understanding treating a young anxious child who needed stitches. I can’t say enough nice things about how sweet and kind she was to my daughter. Double checking the lidocaine to be sure she’d be as comfortable as possible. Her stitches look like a surgeon did them. All in all I’d give this office a 10/

Everyone from check in to the nurse and doctor were extremely nice. The facility was very clean. No wait time.

Extremely disappointing experience. I came in seeking prompt care and left more frustrated than when I arrived. The front desk staff was disorganized and showed little sense of urgency, despite the waiting room being nearly empty. I waited over an hour just to be seen, and once I finally got into a room, I was left sitting there with no communication for another 30+ minutes. The provider seemed rushed and barely listened to my concerns before giving a vague diagnosis and rushing out. I didn’t feel heard or cared for, and there was no clear explanation of my treatment plan or next steps. On top of that, I was overcharged for services that weren’t fully explained to me. This place is clearly more concerned with billing than patient care. I do not recommend this urgent care to anyone who act
