Urgent Care - Palomar Health Medical Group (Formerly Arch Health Medical Group)

Patient Beware! First time coming here. Not a real Urgent Care. They don’t take patient’s on time of arrival, it’s based on Acuity level. I asked the front desk why it was taken so long and I’m supposed to read some sign in pink and black instead of letting me know when I arrived. It’s based on how sick you are when you see a doctor. It’s more like a mini ER. Lobby was pretty much empty and waited over two hours to see a doctor.

Overall pleasant experience. Even arriving before they opened, it took about 2 hours to be seen & treated, pretty typical for urgent care. The RN and NP were friendly, compassionate, and thorough. I just wish the Poway center had an on-site pharmacy to make things even easier.

Horrible. I wanted to do a telehealth vist for my daughter and they called and said we would have to come in because they wanted to see the wound infection in person. The website said they closed at 5:00pm and then they said no we are open until 6:00. So they scheduled me for 5:30. Then they called back and said they had to cancel because the only provider they had did not see children. Then they called again to explain again why they canceled. Never going there again.

This experience was horrible... I had injured my leg and was in pain and this hospital staff raised their tone at me .. showing absolutely no respect and so I was with my mother and they began raiding their tone at my mother two for absolutely no reason we did nothing wrong and I personally don't think that we deserved to be treated like that... It wasn't right... Furthermore, I would like to add that we became lost finding our way to urgent care and we asked for help until we figured it out and we didn't get the help we needed until the county helped us out! And, a nurse male tried to get into my phone!!! While I had asked them to charge it for me because it was at 7 percent a d after 5 minutes I asked them to get the phone for me and they were checking my notifications and seeing who was

I am a frequent flyer at this urgent care due to my work schedule. I have never had a problem at this urgent care. I am always treated with respect & leave satisfied with getting what I need. I've also almost always taken my kids here, sometimes to confirm broken bones, etc. We all have always been taken very good care of by all the staff & providers. This location is convenient to me & I am glad they are so close to me.
