The facility is decently clean, but the standard of care we received from Dr. Buff Greider was shocking. I hope he does not represent the quality of all doctors here. I brought my wife in for an allergic reaction (swollen lips) after she took morning nausea medication (Vitamin B6 + Doxylamine). The visit went downhill the moment I mentioned I had researched the medication using ChatGPT. Dr. Greider became immediately defensive, mumbling about how AI isn't going to take his job. Throughout the exam, he was distracted—constantly leaving the room to see other patients in parallel—and incredibly sarcastic. Our sweet boy got my husband and I sick. We tried to fight it ourselves for a week and just couldn’t. So we ended up making an appointment at urgent care. We see an amazing Naturopathic doctor But he’s on vacation. Both my husband and I have a hard case of white coat syndrome BUT that changed today. The El Camino staff are very nice, patient with us. They even called us before the appointment because ours was an hour apart and had my husband come in early so we could be seen together. Dr Buff was exceptional. He not only calmed both of our nerves, but was very patient and educating us about how we could get healthier. Gave us his amazing cheat sheet of natural ways to get our bodies healthier as we heal. Amazing experience as usual. Dr. Joshi is incredible, she always makes sure I do my tests on time and goes above and beyond. Rest of the staff including Diana, Lupe, Priscilla are super friendly and they crack jokes too and keep it light 😊. Fun Team overall!

My 14 y/o son severely sprained his ankle at school. We came straight to this urgent care because it was the closest to us. The woman at the front was kind and helpful. Dr. Greider was knowledgeable, helpful, had wonderful bedside manner and showed great care for my son and made space for all of my questions. He even followed up a few times to check on him after we had left. I really appreciated the level of care and concern we received from this place and I would go back in a second. Although I hope to not have to.

Extremely disappointed. I would actually like to give a -5 star to this clinic for their blood work. First of all they only took me in 30 mins after my well in advance scheduled appointment. After that I already informed the nurse to prick back of the hands as blood never comes from my elbows. But only because she was incompetent of doing that, she still poked both the elbows and then tells me my veins are stubborn and blood isn’t coming. After that I asked her again to poke near back of the hands. But she refused to do that. These guys take patients for a ride. I was fasting for 12 hours to get this bloodwork done even though I’m having acid reflux and doctors have recommended to eat frequently.
