Being very nervous about my visit, I was greeted by the receptionist, who welcomed me and got me checked in. After I was taken to my exam room, I was greeted by Maura Janoski, PA. She made me feel very comfortable talking to her, she eased my nervousness, and made me feel like she truly cared about me, and, I believe she really does. We spoke like we had known each other for years, rather than minutes. She was informative and answered all of my questions and concerns. She reminded me I can call or text her a message in the future if I have any concerns. I left feeling relieved and still thankful I made my appointment, just to make sure I was okay. Thank you Maura Janoski
Everything was great. The office staff was very thorough and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was very happy with Caitlin who really helped me through the examination process. She listened to all my questions and explained things in an easy to understand manner. I couldn’t have been happier with the way I was treated.
Linda hafflefinger is one of the most thoughtful, intuitive health professionals that I have met in my life. Using her 30 pluse years of experience, she solved a G.I. problem that I had been having for a years. She is an integral part of my current state of mind... happiness! The front office staff is thoughtful and patient. They were able to adjust to my hectic lifestyle and make changes that suited my schedule and reschedule appointments for me while still being patient and polite. Finally im pooping solid again, thanks to you Guys!!!
Predatory billing practices. My wife was seen by a U.S. Digestive Health physician while she was admitted to a Tier 1 hospital. We later learned that the doctor himself was Tier 3, which was never disclosed to us at the time. While hospitalized, the doctor recommended that she undergo a colonoscopy through his practice. The procedure was scheduled and performed at Springfield Ambulatory, which is also Tier 1, and we paid our expected $250 copay, believing that covered the service. Weeks later, we were shocked to receive an additional $1,000 bill —for the hospital consult and the colonoscopy — because the physician was out of network. I believe U.S. Digestive Health took advantage of the fact that my wife was already admitted to a Tier 1 hospital, knowing we would reasonably assume the co
This is one of the worst gastrology places I have ever been to. I had Dr. Victor Araya. Immediately when I got in the room, extremely horrible bedside manner was interrupting me and talking over me and won’t even let me speak. When I tried to hand in papers that I have of my severe allergies and then plus the test that I had done He said OK but then continue to do test that I’ve already had done. Instead of scheduling me for colonoscopy endoscopy, he proceeded to guess what I had because that’s what he thought based off my symptoms, which is extremely dangerous. He was extremely dismissive whenever I would try to speak up and like say something and just thought that everything he was saying was right and just gave me a really bad attitude, and he was also really mean to the nurses that w
