After suffering explicit cardiac symptoms my primary physician referred me to Harborview for an echocardiogram. It took over 2 weeks to get the test scheduled only to have the treadmill malfunction during the appt with inconclusive results. I was able to get another echo cardiogram scheduled 3 weeks out only to have Rachel call the afternoon before to reschedule due to staffing issues. I was unable to reach Rachel or leave a message, only my call back number. I doubt I will hear from her in the next 24 hours. Honestly, I think my veterinarian could due a better job.
I have the very best cardiologist at harborview medical center.for my heart care.
The staff was kind and patient. Everything was explained to me and I felt calm and comfortable throughout.
