V & U Physiotherapy Care Clinic

I’ve been to many physiotherapy clinics over the months, but none could properly diagnose or fix my persistent back and neck pain—until I came to V & U Physiotherapy Care Clinic and met Unni. Unni is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He spent a full hour during my initial consultation thoroughly assessing me and clearly explaining exactly what was causing my issues (something no one else had been able to do). He put in so much effort with a variety of therapies tailored to my needs, and the results have been amazing—I finally feel normal again and pain-free in both my back and neck! Why are you going to physio? Because you do not feel well / something is wrong. THIS is the place where they listen to you and completely assess your situation personally. The time is taken to find out exactly what is needed and they walk you through it all so that you understand the process and the outcome. So professional and still very personal. I left knowing exactly what the plan was, what I needed to do, and a timeline. Best Physiotherapy place I’ve ever been to.

Unni is the absolute best physiotherapist! I have had huge results after just a short time. He takes the time for his clients and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Over the last 20 years I have required a lot of physiotherapy, partly because I prefer that in lieu of pain medication. There was only one other therapist (now retired), other than Uni, that I found to be as knowledgeable, caring, effective and who treated the injury and its effect on the rest of the body. You actually get to see the physiotherapist every day, not just assistants. He is open to answering any questions and is very professional but also personable. He considers how the injury may affect the rest of the body not just the one part. Daily exercises are provided and I am not great at doing it them but I am encouraged and kept accountable because it is an important part of my recovery. Best physiotherapist I’ve seen in years. Mona is my therapist at the Tecumseh location. I appreciate the one on one treatment. She stays with me through each exercise to ensure I'm doing them properly. I highly recommend her.
