They do not answer the phones!! It is absolute laziness!! They do not care about the Veterans they are SUPPOSE to take care of! My fiance been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting on the dental dept to answer the phone.. still waiting… These people should lose their jobs!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!
