Valley Alder Family Dentistry | Emergency & Cosmetic Dentist Bloomington

This is my daughter’s first visit to general Family dentistry after going to children’s dentistry . She’s generally a little anxious in a setting with adults and at this visit, she was comfortable enough to get her X-rays, cleaning, and other procedure done without me being there in the room . I really like the staff. They are professional, responds even if you leave a voicemail or a contact message. the Staff is very friendly. The office is very nice, clean, and relaxing. We both had a great experience!

At first I had a little anxiety just cause the front desk girl was a little intimidating and barely looked at you seemed like she was too busy to take a moment which is understandable being at the front desk with so many distractions. The rest of the staff is very kind informative and attentive. They checked my mom and made sure she felt comfortable. They explained to us exactly what she needed and asked her if she had any questions and making sure we understood everything. Thank you to the wonderful S for being so kind and informative 🙏 😊

They were so nice and patient with my daughter who has autism. They were not able to personally help us but they provided referrals and numbers to reach out to. Way above and beyond thank you. One of the techs was just so sweet and patient with her it was so nice to see and so greatly appreciated.

i have come to your dentist previously and oral surgery was not able to be done yet my first appointment was so professional and caring, so thereafter my oral surgery i came back to have a checkup on the oral surgery and was found to have a cavity i was able to be seen the next day and everyone in the office made me feel at ease thru the procedure and i left feeling confident that i have found a permanent dentist that understands my fears and made my experience as comfortable as could be for my fears of dentistry and all the issues that i have had to deal with even with another referral to make sure my health issues are taken care of professionally. Thankful for today's opportunity to experience what a great dentist is all about and his assistant that was kind and friendly too.

I was very nervous about my dental visit, but the entire staff made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone was professional, kind, and informative. Sarah, the manager, was especially attentive—she made sure I received all the information I needed and that I felt completely taken care of. The doctor was quick and gentle during my tooth extraction—I didn’t feel a thing! I truly appreciate the level of care and highly recommend this office.
