From the minute I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Claudia…I knew I had made the right decision…in selecting Valley Dental Were they professional..? Absolutely….but much more than that …everyone …Yasmin..Dr Carulla …Anthony …Pega and I forget the name of the other amazing assistant who made me laugh so much …they are all so happy and friendly ….you don’t feel like you’re in a morgue waiting to have your teeth taken out …!! I am so fearful of dental appointments but this was the best one ever and I’ve never laughed and engaged so much with a team that I fear so much !! If you need a dentist ….GO TO VALLEY DENTAL and by the way …no one has paid me to write this …in fact I had to pay out of pocket as United Healthcare did a number on me :)

I have only been to this practice twice with each visit a day apart, but the receptionists Claudi and Desiree were both so polite, friendly, helpful, had good customer skills and wereso kind and professional. Tiana, Dr. Carullo's assistant was simply delightful, witty, made me feel comfortable, and performed the bitewing x-rays - all 18 or so of them with the greatest ease and comfort anyone has ever done it with!!! I have 2 large tori that often makes those x-rays painful. Dr. Brandy Carullo was so good at explaing my circmstances to me, took her time with my assessment, and left no stone unturned that could even have the potential of putting me at risk of infection or any unwanted issues. Anthony got me right in for an emergency visit. Tiana (dentist assistant) was absolutely the calm to my panic. She explained the process and answered my questions she dedicated her time to make sure I was good and that means ALOT nowadays when it comes to service. The whole staff was absolutely wonderful. I was in slight discomfort but they made me feel comfortable and all fixed up by the end of my visit. Ive been a patient for a few years now. I havent been disappointed. I recommend Valley Dental if quality and good service matter you will get that and more!

Even though I appreciate them “fitting” me into their schedule, really I had an appointment that they canceled due to the policy that if you do not fill out your paperwork by noon it gets canceled. However, to complete the paperwork you must use a computer as registering is so tedious with tiny boxes to check. This is virtually impossible on a cell phone. They receive a two star for “fitting”me as my mouth was hurting and it was Friday evening. However, this rating is a gift as the dentist told me I needed a root canal and a crown. After researching, I decided to get another opinion. Which I did! I DO NOT need either. Just part of a filling that chipped off with the small piece of tooth that had broken. The second opinion saved me lots of money in fact several thousands of dollars. Finally

Every time I come to this office the staff are all always pleasant. Dr. Carrillo is very wonderful at her job. I recently got a temporary crown and the entire procedure was painless. She made sure she explained to me the best path to take for my dental needs. Thank you overall to the entire staff for always making my visits an easy one from start to finish.
