Valley Health Team - Kingsburg Community Health Center

I’m honestly confused by the 3.3 rating because this health team is WONDERFUL, by all means, all very amazing people. Dr. Mundi and her assistants are some of the most caring, attentive, loving, and professional people I’ve ever met. They truly listen to everything you say, show genuine concern, and always follow up. I absolutely love them and appreciate the incredible care they provide every single time. The ladies at the reception, WOW! Very welcoming, pleasant, always willing to go above and beyond to help. I feel like this level of compassion is part of the company’s culture, because their Clovis location is equally amazing.

Bad first impression. The lady that answered the phone sounded miserable and rude. She Didn’t even tell me she would put me on hold. She just asked what I needed and then it went silent for 5 minutes! I guess I’ll have to drive to Clovis for decent healthcare.

Valley Health Team is Great! They have so many services available. I see Dr Mundi, she is amazing!

Urgent care was great! Clean facility, kind staff, and quick care that we needed. I was so grateful to avoid taking my little guy to the hospital. They took my insurance as well, so be sure to ask about that. I highly recommend this urgent care!

The wait to be seen was very short, the nurse was very nice. The Pediatrician Dr.Banks was thorough with her explanations. I would recommend this place to other parents
