I have been going to value care almost 20 years. Since Steve passed away, the place has gotten terrible! I call in a script, told when it will be ready. Drive the 45 min to get there, I'm told it's not ready. Almost 3 hrs later, (and going back 2x's, cuz i waited in Marinette) they try and tell me I have no such prescription! What? Dude, It's a REFILL!!!!!! I go to figure it out, they keep talking behind the desk, but not to me, even tho im asking whats going on, just to be told it won't be in till Monday, they need to order it. I called on Thursday! It is a pain med from a surgery! This is like the 7/8 time in the last 6 mo/yr we have had to wait for them to order something after being told when to pick it up and it's not there or they have been unable to locate and now I have to wait wh

Notifications available by email, phone, or text when prescription is ready. Drive up window for convenience. Very clean atmosphere. Small pharmacy store. Another perk is at the beginning of year, you can sit down with qualified staff to look at your health insurance and see if there might be one with better premiums and to make sure your Doctor’s are in network and your prescription’s are at the best price. Lisa and her staff have looked after my needs with the utmost respect and privacy. After having MANY problems with a pharmacy I used for a number of years, I transferred all my prescriptions to ValuCare Center. I have had nothing but the best Customer Service with this pharmacy and all I have to do is call when I need my prescription filled. I live 80 miles away and it is ALWAYS in my mailbox the very next day. You can't get any better service than that. Keep up the GREAT work and I highly recommend this pharmacy.
