V.eye.P Eyecare - Frederick, now part of MyEyeDr.

My family has been using this office before they were purchased by my eye care for years and we were very satisfied. In particular, customer service was always really really good. Unfortunately, the last visit things are really different. A new staff member was trying to answer my questions about the ins and outs insurance coverage and such and I wasn't getting my questions answered. So, I remarked that I wasn't trying to be difficult. I wasn't upset with her in particular. I was just trying to comprehend what was happening and get more information. I was shocked and wildly disappointed when her response was. "I don't care if you're upset with me",as she turned her head away from me. I know we all have our bad days and our hard moments, but this was truly a very disappointing experience. I

Excellent customer service. Jalisa was very knowledgeable and patient as she helped me pick out frames for my new subscription. Great selection. Highly recommended.
