A very thoughtful, thorough and kind group of medical professionals. Walked right in as a first time patient, paperwork was provided electronically to complete while I waited. Called in with 30 minutes and out the door in about an hour. Physician was knowledgeable, caring and to the point. I prefer this urgent care experience over any regular Doctor’s office visit. I am very grateful I found MedFast of Viera West for my diagnosis and treatment.

The office staff was very friendly. Walked in 20 minutes before closing time. Everyone in there was amazing especially the nurse practitioner, Andy. She came in and was very compassionate. She said she would follow up with me first thing tomorrow morning.

Just moved to the area for work and don't have any doctors set up or transferred. I have a special condition that is very rare but I was in need of urgent medical care... the staff were SO friendly and kind and almost no wait time at all. Best by far was my nurse practitioner named Andi Really helped me and moreover gave me a referral for a primary doc when I asked... she realized that I was a "zebra" when most people are "horses"... I've been dealing with my condition for almost 10 years now and so many times I'm just another copay and pushed off to the next doctor or person. Andi realized I needed someone special which has been stressing me out since my arrival one week before the holidays. Well run office and treatment was excellent. Short wait and once seen, NP. Andy diagnosed my issue immediately and prescribed the right medication. She was compassionate and genuinely concerned. Told me her schedule and to call if not better in next few days. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Had to take my son (who has autism) to get wax removed from his ear. My son was very anxious and Josh was INCREDIBLE with him! Not only was Josh so kind and patient with our son, he was able to remove most of the wax without any stress or discomfort 🙏🏻 Because of Josh and the staff here at MedFast Viera West, my son is no longer uncomfortable and had a great experience! I would absolutely recommend this urgent care.
