Vijay Raja

I took my dad to see Dr. Raja for a second opinion. We learned more in 15 minutes than we had in the last 15 mos at the last cardiologist. He is amazing. He listened to us and explained everything so well. He laid out the plan of care so we all could understand. He was very kind! We went to the appointment thinking Dad was hospice material and came out with a lifted spirit. He gave us hope. Dad is 82 and has more life to live and Dr. Raja saw that. The last Dr sent dad home to die. But God isn’t done with my daddy yet! Thank you Dr Raja and your staff! Everyone was so kind and they care.

Six years ago I went to the ER in Clinton with chest pains. I was referred to Conway Regional Hospital where I was evaluated but the staff cardiologist failed to contact me for follow up. My PCP told me that I should contact them or Arkansas Heart Clinic immediately because there was evidence of blockage. I chose AHC and was seen my Dr. Vijay Raja who determined that the blockage had somewhat healed itself by growing new vessels and that stints were not necessary at that time. I believe most cardiologists would have recommended a costly procedure. I am still seeing Dr. Raja for an annual EKG and ultrasound and stint free. Great care, great cardiologist!

Dr Raja is a great heart dr. The first consultation I had a lot of respect for him. Very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. And I I alot of them!

Well I liked him, kinda young, not real sure yet if he's the one I need.
