I can't say enough good things about this family practice! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. Amazing physician! I was satisfied with the service, doctor Vincent and the rest of the team were very nice. Doctor Vincent actually listens to you. To be honest, very happy with the service.

Right now I am a very upset person. My husband had been seeing Dr sciortino for over 2 years in the last four visits he paid his co pays as per insurance not one time did he receive a bill for any other monies owed nor was anything said in the last four visits. He had an appointment today, took time off work to go and was refused to be seen as he owed over 600 for the last 4 visits. My question here is if there is money owed why weren't we notified in order to get it rectified. Now he's out of meds that he needs for his heart, diabetes and high blood pressure. Not very happy at this moment. Myself, I have been with this doctor over 20 years but this is the worst.

The office of Dr. Sciortino is hands down the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. My aging and handicapped father urgently needed a referral to an orthopedic surgeon. They blatantly lied to him for 3 weeks straight about sending said referral and never did. I heard him on the phone with the receptionist several times begging because he was in excruciating pain and they lied and said they had sent it. The insurance company confirmed that the referral was never sent and now Dr. Sciortino is out of the network and washing his hands clean of the whole matter. They won’t even speak to my father now. Unprofessional and inept! Avoid at all costs!!

In the beginning I had a couple visits that were not covered by my insurance because information between me and the front desk somehow went missing and or was never submitted properly. I had to pay out of pocket which was upsetting. So I'd suggest double checking that current insurance information is up to date. However, Dr. Sciortino is very kind and patient. He listens to concerns and addresses needs. The visit is welcoming and not rushed. I had a cyst on my back that was bothersome which he was able to take care of as outpatient on-site which was very convenient The Dr. Office does a very great job at responding to my pharmacy for refills and am now great full over all for his service.
