I recently visit 20/20 Vision in Hagerstown, MD for the first time. The eye doctor was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, explained my eye exam, he was great! The first visit was alright, The second visit starting with requiring about my glasses after two weeks was very disappointing talking to the front desk person on the phone, told that wasn't unusual after two weeks not to get a call regarding my glasses. After checking saying my frames was on back order. Less then 20 minutes later, a person called me saying my frame were in. (Wow). I felt like a inconvenience rather than a customer for the first time visiting this eye place. I suggest the office implement a better check-in process to make new customer feel more welcome, not be selective about who gets the better service. I exp

Updating my previous 3-stars! I wasn't thrilled after my first and second visit but I decided to give Vision 2020 another shot. On my third visit, thanks to the Assistant Manager Claudia completely turned things around. She was incredibly professional and caring, proving Vision 2020 (Hagerstown) truly care about customer satisfaction. The service exceptional-professional, genuine and efficient. This was my 3rd time here, and it has always been a great experience. Kindness from the front door til I am leaving again. The doc is attentive and listens to any concerns. He also explains what all the tests mean and what the results state. I am very happy with this office and the grest group of people that work there.

Extremely knowledgeable staff that works like a well run team. The staff was very pleasant. The office equipped with lots of high tech too. I found the exam to be very comprehensive. Plus they have a nice selection of frames. Highly recommended.
