Marichu was very helpful in adjusting my lenses after I had accidentally sat on them, resulting in the lenses falling out of the frame. I really appreciate the time and care she took in helping me along with great advice on how to best clean and care for my glasses. Thank you!

Terrible. I came in for an eye exam on November 15th, ordered two pairs of glasses same day, was told they would be shipped to me free of charge. A month later, no glasses. I call them up and they tell me that they never shipped them, as promised. They offered to ship them and I should receive them in five days. Nine days later, I randomly received the receipt for my glasses purchase, but no glasses. And they won't answer the phone so I can't even inquire as to where my glasses even are. I'm about ready to report the charge as fraud.

Dr. Krabill was effortlessly efficient, and very articulate and engaging in conversation. Same is true of Marichu, who helped me with the transaction and selection of frames for my new glasses.
