Everyone at the office are cordial and professional and treat all patients with kindness. Never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be attended and all my questions are answered pleasantly. Dr Kruh is A good doctor who will make you at ease before any procedure.

Dr. Patel explained in detail what procedures she would be doing on me. She gave me a clear vision and explained in w/ confidence the expected outcome! Jonathan her surgeon coordinator was very efficient and sooo helpful, coordinating all details setting up my first appointment meeting the doctor to setting up surgery date! I saw Dr. Patel at NYU Hospital for a medical eyelift surgery to improve my vision, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my first visit through surgery and post-op, Dr. Patel was wonderful—caring, informative, and attentive. She took the time to walk me through the entire procedure, even called before surgery to review everything again, and followed up personally afterward to check on me. Her staff was also great—professional, kind, and supportive throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team!

I had a good office experience. I received a lot of information I needed to make an informed decision. I called the Coordinator's number last Friday, but got vm and left a message. I have not received a call back as if today, Tuesday afternoon.

I had an issue with a chalazian cyst on my eyelid that needed immediate attention. I called the office and they were very gracious and offered me an appointment the very same day. I saw Dr Kruh and he was able to treat the area and prescribe antibiotics. It was a great experience and I am so appreciative.
