I had such a fun time at Visual Edge. It was my first time going to an eye doctor to get a real exam in my entire life. I had so much fun with all of the tests and everyone was so nice about me being so excited. Dr. Meyers was very sweet. She really helped me understand what was going on with my eyes since I knew nothing about vision/glasses. I really appreciated who helped me with picking my frames. She took all of the information on what I liked and gave me so many options to choose from. I was happy I was able to find the style of glasses that I wanted in a matte style. Thank you to everyone who helped me. I had a great time and I'll see you when I pick up my new glasses.

I’ve been going to Visual Edge for many years, and I truly appreciate Dr.Patels honest and thorough approach. He always gives me a clear assessment of my eye health, and I never feel rushed. His entire team, especially Emilia takes the time to explain everything in detail regarding my insurance. I always leave feeling well cared for. The office is professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff.

Dr. Patel was great, professional, helpful, and thorough. Unfortunately, the front office staff tried to charge me an additional $15 just to print out my prescription when I picked up my glasses. That didn’t sit well with me. If I’m going to be nickel-and-dimed over a simple printout, I’d rather go elsewhere.

Probably the worst eye care experience I have ever had. I don't often write reviews, but I felt others should hear about my experience. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt that ended with a high pressured eye glass sales person. They didn't accept my husbands vision insurance. It took over 3 weeks to get our trial contacts and then had to wait several weeks for our glasses which were very over priced. I felt the doctor (Dr. Diaz) was condescending and didn't really listen to what my visual needs were. I got the impression that she felt she knew what's best for both my husband and I and didn't listen to either of us. We both told her we wanted daily contacts because we don't wear them regularly.
