The girls at the front desk are very professional, very, very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and comfortable. The wait time is minimal.No more than five minutes. Doctor Rapaka is also very knowledgeable and professional and courteous. She spends as much time as you need to with her.She explains everything in detail. I would highly recommend this endocrinology practice to anybody

Initially I was not able to get an appointment but they have put me in the cancellation list and they have called me promptly after a week. Dr. Hundal is one of the best doctors I ever seen in this area. She took a lot of time in listening carefully and evaluating. I will highly recommend her.

Probably one of the worst medical teams I have ever encountered. Cannot schedule visits online. They schedule me for in person appointments when I ask for virtual. Refuse to refill diabetes prescriptions that I rely on to literally live because I canceled an appointment and haven't been seen recently enough. Absolutely zero compassion to be found here. Type 1 Diabetes is miserable enough without Healthcare "providers" that don't even see you as a human.
