Vital imaging medical diagnostic center

If you can avoid it, I recommend going to another facility. This diagnostic center really needs to improve overall. It took them over a week just to call me back to schedule an appointment. My appointment was for 9:00 AM, and I arrived early at 8:45 hoping the process might be quicker since it was only an ultrasound. Instead, I ended up waiting over an hour without any explanation. Eventually, I found out the delay was because the ultrasound machine was broken—something no one mentioned while I was waiting. To make matters worse, I learned this was the third time their machine has broken. That’s unacceptable for a facility that patients rely on for medical care.
