As a life long practicing athlete and a licensed physical therapist assistant, I thought I knew if pain, stiffness, and inflammation hindered mobility. After treatment with Lindaluz I realized that I was living with ridiculously high levels of pain, stiffness, and inflammation across most of my body, I thought it was old age but I know better now.
