I am an EXTREMELY busy person as a local business owner. It is imperative that I decompress not only for my own sanity and health but to keep from being a not so nice person to those around me! Vitality Wellness Center in St Pete feels like heaven. When I am done with my therapy sessions I feel like a brand new person! Vanessa who is an absolute angel 👼 has helped me through the modalities each time I’ve arrived. Her calm peaceful energy immediately puts me in a relaxed zone! I love this wellness center so much that I gladly drive an hour to get to them! Don’t walk RUN! You won’t regret the investment for your peace and optimum longevity 🏃🏻‍♀️!

It was a very pleasant experience to come to this place for wellness. I got my Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy. They have very reasonable prices for the services you need, and it's worth trying. They also have good deals with their memberships and packages. I come only on the weekends, and the lady at the front desk is friendly and nice. The place is very neat and clean.

This is an amazing place to try out many the different modalities of regenerative care and bio-hacking. I have been doing biohacking for a while now, and haven’t ever tried a huge red light bed or the biocharger. They are both amazing. You can actually feel the biocharger as it’s working. Also, their HBOT is a hard chamber, so it’s much more comfortable that the inflatable ones. Great pricing too bc I was in town for vacation, and just bought a pack of credits to use. Memberships are awesome bc you can come as often as you would like. To your heath!!! ✨🌙💕♾️

I like it it help me relax also I never got the lady staff who worked their nov 18th Tuesday she was an great individual and it was an extra add on to my well-being. Was was really funny was how the guy next to her was just digging for gold or something I even thought he could have been checking on his bank account. With the was he was picking in his nose.
